Welcome

When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives means the most to us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a gentle and tender hand.- Henri Nouwen

About Me

Prior to my counseling practice in Seattle & Tacoma, my passion for well-being began as an educator and caregiver. I grew to love teaching as a tutor to students of wide-ranging ages, from young children to college athletes. I later became a certified nursing assistant, providing in-home care for older adults and partnering closely with their families - I valued care that fostered dignity, autonomy, and respect.  I have even walked through the dying process with clients, a deep honor and sacred time for me as their witness. These opportunities gave me the gift of comfort with, and insight into, the breadth of experiences we face throughout our lifetime.

If you have known heartache, loss, confusion, and persistent worry, I'm eager to listen to you.

If you're looking to find fulfillment and joy, I'd love to dream with you.

If you're seeking to get at the root of your struggles, I'm excited to search with you

You don't have to struggle alone. You can be joined in the most vulnerable places and find a life you didn't think was possible, a life defined by joy, gratitude, and life-giving relationships.

Are you wondering how to manage the tumult of emotions - and fatigue - that comes with parenting?

Are you feeling frustrated or bewildered by how to care for a parent who really needs you?

Are you doing both of these at the same time?

I'm here to help! I've assisted families in successfully navigating the unique challenges of caring for both young and elderly, even at the same time.
